PRODUCTIVITY AND PERFORMANCE
An extensive bucket selection is available, ranging from 230mm (9in) to 1200mm (4ft). A range of dedicated attachments can be harnessed to the machine via the optional single or double acting auxiliary hydraulics.

Powerful Nachi drive motors provide travel speeds for easy manoeuvring in confined areas. Brakes are a multi-disc safe system within each drive motor.
Hydraulics: Auxiliary circuit supplies 55 lpm offering single or bi-directional flow for attachment operation.
The 8027Z provides 4476lbs of bucket breakout and 3608lbs-dipper force, while the 8032Z provides 5191lbs of bucket breakout and 4186lbs-dipper force. Full 360o cab swing, combined with independent boom swing provides excellent manoeuvrability.

Unmatched performance through visibility, lifting and digging ability the ZTS machines provide superb performance and excellent value for money. A new ZTS design provides optimum visibility, stability and serviceability while allowing the ability to turn freely in tight spots without damage to the rear end and surrounding buildings.
RELIABILITY AND DURABILITY
The proven high performance Perkins 403-15 engine provides 27.76 (20.7kw) gross horsepower. The 403-15 engine is a 4 stroke, direct injection engine, developing 70.81 lbft (96Nm) gross torque at 2200rpm. The engine is also Tier II compliant making it efficient, reliable and easy to maintain.
Rubber or steel track options utilise the same roller system for easy change over. Swing turret is a fully enclosed system protected from dirt and debris. Tracks are hydraulically adjusted (grease gun).
Computer aided designed components pre-tested prior to manufacture for strength and durability.
SAFETY
TOPS (Tip Over Protection Structure) Certified Cab / Canopy, with the added option of FOGS (Falling Object Guard Structure) Guard.
Seat belt fitted as standard.
Control isolator situated on left-hand pod.
OPERATOR ENVIRONMENT
Both cab and canopy builds are TOPS certified for operator safety and comfort. All controls and instrumentation are ergonomically designed and located for maximum convenience, comfort and productivity. Either ISO or SAE controls can be fitted.
SERVICEABILITY
Service access on the machine is unmatched, the twin opening bonnet arrangement offering easy access to both the side mounted engine and rear mounted hydraulic components.
